1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your energy-efficient window treatment product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging
- The product has not been installed or modified
- All original tags, labels, and documentation are included
- The product has not been damaged or used
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product back using the provided return label
3. Custom Products
Custom-made window treatments, including products made to specific measurements or with custom colors, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Installation Services
If you have purchased installation services and need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.
